Hi if your not in a bubble here is your rep session this week it’s a pyramid session. Out and back. Aim to get back to the start in the same time you ran out. Think about your pace. No rest between the in and out.

Dynamic drills … skips , bum flick etc
1min out turn around 1 min back.
60secs rec
2 mins out 2 mins in.
60 secs recovery
3 mins out 3 mins in
60s mins recovery
2 mins out 2 mins in
60secs rec
1 min out 1 min in.
