The Trentham 10k took place yesterday & was the venue for the The British Masters Athletic Federation & Midland Masters Athletic Club 10k Championships. Bournville Harriers Paul Thompson & Lesley Pymm both took Gold in their age categories in the MMAC & Paul also won Bronze in the BMAF. Well done both on your excellent performances.
