Beginners’ Running Course – Thursday 23rd May

Beginners 2018Session 5 of the Beginners’ Running Course features 3 minutes running with 1 minute recovery walks, and this time we’re doing 6 repetitions (reps) for 18 minutes running in total. There will be a guided warm-up prior to the session and stretches afterwards. Insect Repellent is strongly recommended for the field at this time of year.

Please note that whilst you may have seen the BvH Tour advertised here it is not suitable for those who are currently on the Beginners’ Course; increasing mileage very gradually is important for minimising injury risk. If, however, anyone on the Beginners’ Course is keen to join in, there will be opportunities to support or volunteer as marshals. More details to follow.
