Beginners’ Running Course – Thursday 16th May

Beginners 2018Session 3 of the Beginners’ Running Course features 3 minutes running with 1 minute recovery walks. We’ll be doing 4 repetitions (reps) for 12 minutes running in total. There will be a guided warm-up prior to the session and stretches afterwards. Insect Repellent is recommended for the field at this time of year. See you there!
