Beginners’ Running Course – Monday 3rd June

Beginners 2018Monday 3rd June’s session involves 7 minutes’ running, with 1 minute walk breaks, for a total of 28 minutes. You’re all doing so well and there’s just three weeks to go. We’ll start to tell you more about the transition course over the coming weeks, and we have a special theory session aimed at new runners with one of our coaches after next Monday’s session.
