Beginners’ Running Course – Monday 13th May

Beginners 2018We’re looking forward to seeing our Beginners again tomorrow evening. The session tomorrow involves running for two minutes, with one minute walk recoveries for five repetitions, as well as the guided warm-up and warm-down.
