Members will have now received an updated email notice, with a new start time for our AGM, which is now scheduled for 8:15pm Thursday 31st March. This is due to unavailability of the main room at Rowheath Pavilion until approx 8:00pm when our doors will open.
Attendance at the AGM is important and encouraged for all members. We hear reports from the Chair, and other key areas within the club. We also elect the new committee for the forthcoming year.
The Thursday evening training session will take place earlier than usual, starting 6:45, to accomodate your attendance.
Also note that we are still seeking a club member to stand for the Communications
Manager role on the committee. Details of the role can be found here.
