The finale of the Cross Country season is the Nationals and this year they will be held at Harewood House, near Leeds on 23rd February 2019. Teams are to be confirmed by Friday 11th January so please contact James for the Men’s team or Rhian for the Women’s team entries. The race is usually “challenging” and many of the best runners in the country will take part. As always, whilst we understand that illness and injury can happen, please do not enter unless you are intending to run as the club pays for your place at XC events. A Coach from club will be organised and details of will be available shortly.
